1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the x222 platform (available at x222.club and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and applications) in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the x222 platform. Your continued use of x222 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of x222 is strictly restricted to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use;
• Are accessing x222 from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Are not acting on behalf of another person or entity;
• Have not previously been self-excluded from the x222 platform or any affiliated platform;
• Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of x222 or its partner organisations.

x222 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at x222's sole discretion in compliance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on the x222 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, x222 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts, and any balances or bonuses across duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering at x222, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. x222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

You must notify x222 immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. x222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

4. Deposits & Payments

x222 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the x222 Cashier page. Accepted methods for Pakistani players currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit at x222 is ₨ 500. x222 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

By initiating a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. x222 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks and to request supporting documentation at any stage.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at x222 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₨ 500. x222 processes withdrawal requests for fully KYC-verified accounts within the timeframes published on the Cashier page.

x222 reserves the right to carry out identity, age, and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or other documentation as requested. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where x222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, x222 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer and are deemed incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions at x222 include, but are not limited to: wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn; bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address; and x222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Attempting to circumvent bonus terms through the creation of multiple accounts, the use of shared devices, or any other form of abuse constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus-related balances.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the x222 platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport, league, or game type as published in the x222 Help Centre and applicable game rules documentation. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

x222 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently from the displayed odds where: a manifest pricing error occurs; an event is cancelled, suspended, or materially altered before its scheduled completion; or there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or unusual betting patterns. Decisions made by x222 in these circumstances are final.

All bets are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after the event or game round has commenced. x222 records all betting transactions and these records shall be the definitive source of truth in the event of any dispute.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x222 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Operating multiple accounts or facilitating the operation of accounts on behalf of others;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with x222;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Attempting to defraud x222 or other users in any manner;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through x222;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward x222 staff or other users;
• Attempting to access x222 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law, in violation of those laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the x222 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of x222 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without the express prior written consent of x222.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x222 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x222 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the x222 platform.

x222 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. x222 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, x222's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Gambling involves financial risk. x222 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. Players acknowledge that they participate entirely at their own risk and that past results are no guarantee of future outcomes.

11. Responsible Gaming

x222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all x222 account holders at no charge and are accessible from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps;

12. Account Closure & Termination

You may close your x222 account at any time by contacting x222 support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirement clearance where applicable) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method.

x222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or competent authority. In cases of account closure for cause, x222 may withhold any bonus balances, and may withhold real-money balances pending investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the terms of the applicable gaming licence under which x222 operates. In the event of a dispute between you and x222, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting x222 support.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using x222. x222 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available in all locations. Accessing x222 from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and in violation of these Terms.

14. Amendments to These Terms
